Ferry Racing

This was not the first time the mighty Viking found itself being challenged on the waterways of the Northwest. Earlier in the week, two mighty ferries had unsuccessfully conspired to trap our stately vessel - their attempt being foiled thanks to the quick wits of the helmsman.

This time our adversary travelled alone. It crept up from astern and tried to challenge us to a duel of speed, but we would have nothing to do with its posturing, for our stengths lay in stateliness and style, not speed or size.
